Kenya’s stunning game reserves are home to an incredible variety of untamed wildlife, including birds. Our safaris offer an amazing look into Kenyan life and culture while seeing some of the nation’s top national parks. Kenya Safaris showcase the nation’s striking topography, encompassing an assortment of national parks and reserves, serving as a haven for the “Big Five” (elephant, lion, leopard, rhinoceros, and buffalo). In addition to offering breathtaking natural beauty in one of the most pristine locations on earth, a Kenyan safari allows you to get up close and personal with some of the most sought-after species in Africa.
Kenya is a renowned wildlife location, especially for first-time safari travellers. The preferred location for Kenya safaris is the Masai Mara, which hosts the annual wildebeest migration and provides fantastic opportunities to see big cats. After an exciting safari, beaches with palm trees provide the ideal setting for relaxation. Excellent wildlife viewing, including the yearly wildebeest migration in the Masai Mara, a variety of habitats and scenery, stunning beaches with a wide selection of resorts, traditional indigenous cultures, excellent service, and a well-run tourism industry are just a few benefits of travelling to Kenya.
One of the most amazing animal displays in Africa is the wildebeest migration. The Mara-Serengeti ecosystem is home to at least two million ungulates, primarily wildebeest but also zebra and gazelles. The highlight of the trip is unquestionably the Mara River crossing. Some intriguing locally restricted dry country species can be found in the northern Samburu and Meru regions. Frequently observed standing on its hind legs, the peculiar-looking gerenuk consumes dry plants. The Grevy’s zebra and reticulated giraffe are stunning variations of the more widespread species that can be found in the area.
Although Kenya safaris provide excellent opportunities to see wildlife all year round, the best times to see game are during the dry season, which runs from June to October. This is in line with when the Masai Mara wildebeest migration occurs. The wildebeest migration usually reaches the northern Serengeti around August, when they start to move into the Masai Mara; the precise time depends on the amount of rainfall. They retreat back into the Serengeti in October. The busiest travel times are during these months. During the off-peak season, the parks are considerably more peaceful and the prices are more reasonable.
